I want my products customized, what’s the fee for that? 

We charge an initial design fee of 9,000/- to 

• Come up with the preliminary design
• Make changes to the preliminary design as per your feedback
• Give you a taste test (if applicable and limited to one item)

 
How long does a custom design take?

It takes 7 business days for our brain to concoct a design that’s as wonderfully unique as you. Once you’ve signed the proposal and deposited the fees – your preliminary proof will be ready within 7 business days.
 

How long will printing take?

Printing depends on the complexity of your design, and breadth of your timeline. Usually it takes a minimum of 2 – 3 weeks so plan ahead!

We will provide a detailed printing timeline with your proposal to determine when printing needs to begin. 

Let’s talk cash – what’s your payment structure like for custom orders?

1. You finalize the design (no design changes can be made past this point)
2. We give you the ‘Final Invoice’
3. You give us 50% non-refundable deposit to start the order

*** please note we really can’t start working on your order till we get the deposit no matter how much we want to! Any delays to the deposit will delay the completion of your order

4. The remaining 50% is to be paid 24 hours before the delivery of your final product

Do you ship internationally?

Yes and no. We ship our pre-packaged goods international but, we do not ship custom products outside Karachi, Pakistan

Can we purchase single custom items?

Custom orders are only produced in bulk. However, we have plenty of pre-packaged options for single items.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. However, if the item arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately!
