Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    1. This website is owned and operated by Folia Creatives. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Folia Creatives. Folia Creatives offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
    2. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
    3. We may need to update our Terms and Conditions from time to time, each time you place an order on our website you will be agreeing to the latest version of our Terms and Conditions.

    1. Our registered office is at 76 Old Clifton Road, Block 5, Karachi, Pakistan.
    2. If you have any problems placing your order on our website, or require support after playing an order through our wesbite, please contact us by calling us on +92 302 0230120 or send us an email on admin@foliacreatives.com
    3. We aim to handle any valid disputes or refund requests within 5-7 working days. 

      Our Return and Refund policy:
  1. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within 3 days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.
  2. We operate a no return and no refund policy except where the goods you receive are different from what you have ordered on our website or defective or damaged.
  3. All goods being returned need to be sent by courier to 76 Old Clifton Road, Block 5, Karachi, Pakistan.
  4. We only accept returns of goods within 5 days of you placing an order through our website.
  5. We will credit any refund for any goods returned and that are in a saleable condition within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
  6. We guarantee to make you happy again – be it through a refund, replacement or store credit.
  7. We are not responsible for failed deliveries when:
  • You provide an incorrect or outdated address.
  • Your recipient is out of town or not available.
  • You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
  • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.

Our Shipping policy:

Domestic shipping:

We deliver orders from within Pakistan using reputable courier companies such as [TCS, DHL and Call Courier. We also deliver domestically using our own riders.

Our orders are dispatched on Monday – Friday. We do not dispatch on Saturday & Sunday

It takes 1-2 days to deliver in Karachi
It takes 3-4 days to deliver in other cities (Depending on shipping method selected)

International shipping:

  1. We deliver orders outside of Pakistan using reputable courier companies such as FedEx and DHL.
  2. We will deliver your order to the address that you provide when placing the order on our website within 3-5 days of placing the order, however

this might take longer due to circumstances outside of our control. (political conditions, monsoon season etc)

  1. You may be required to pay customs, duties or other taxes upon receipt of goods received by you that have been shipped from Pakistan

When we may not process your order

We reserve the right to not process an order that you place on our website. This is usually for the following reasons:

  1. We no longer hold stock of the goods or services that you ordered from us.
  2. We are unable to ship goods to your location.
  3. The goods or services that you have ordered are no longer available.
  4. Any reason outside of our control.

Our liability to you

We represent that the goods or services you order fit the description that we have made available on our website and that in the case of goods, these will be delivered to you as described in our shipping policy.

Governing Law

Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Karachi (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
